   Badd Frnds (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/739127/07) is a creative production and marketing agency. We are the responsible party for the personal information described in this notice, under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

   What we collect

   • Details you send us through our enquiry forms: your name, email address, company or artist name, role, project details, budget range and anything you write in your brief.
   • Details you share when you work with us: contracts, payment details, and information needed to deliver the work, such as release, event or booking details.
   • Basic technical information when you visit the site, such as device type, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies (see below).

   Why we use it

   • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
   • To deliver the services you have engaged us for, and to invoice and administer them.
   • To meet our legal and tax obligations.
   • To understand how the site is used and improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies.

   Who we share it with

   We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where needed to deliver our services, with trusted partners such as payment providers, distribution, legal and security partners, and the platforms we use to run our business. Each is required to protect your information.

   How long we keep it

   We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months if no work goes ahead. Client and contract records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually 5 years for financial records.

   We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information safe, including access controls and secure, reputable service providers.

   Your rights

   Under POPIA you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to us using it, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforeg.org.za).
