One name on the roster, on purpose. We can do this job properly for a handful of artists and badly for twenty, and the difference is entirely how many people are waiting for an answer at once.

Commission is 15% for developing artists under €50k annual income and 20% above that, on net income. We don't commission tour costs or recouped advances, and there's a twelve-month sunset rather than the open-ended version.

We don't do hybrid label deals. If you want a label, we'll help you talk to labels. What we won't do is be your manager and your rights-holder at the same time, because those two roles disagree constantly and the artist loses every argument.

The EU touring work is the part most people underestimate: visas, carnets, withholding tax, ticketing terms and the four different definitions of a settlement. That's the paperwork line above, and it is genuinely the reason first tours lose money.
