BADD FRNDS
HOW WE WORK

FOUR STEPS. SIX WEEKS, USUALLY.

You talk to the people doing the work, start to finish. There is no account layer because there are only nine of us, and adding one would just mean you hear things later.

01
The argument
WEEK 0 · FREE · 45 MINUTES

A call where we tell you what we think is wrong with the current work. No deck, no credentials, no discovery questionnaire.

Roughly a third of these end the conversation, and that's a good outcome for both of us. If we're the wrong agency we'll say so and usually name a better one.

02
One route
WEEK 1—2

A single direction, fully built. No safe option beside it to make the brave one look reckless.

You get the reasoning and what we rejected. If it's wrong, we'd rather find out in week two than spend six weeks on a compromise nobody wanted.

03
Make it
WEEK 3—5

Shoot, design, build. Crews hired on the continent, at published rates.

Two rounds of changes, scoped in writing before we start. A third round is €1,800 — not to punish you, but because the alternative is a project that never closes.

04
Hand it over
WEEK 6

Working files, guidelines, raw footage and stills. Font licences in your name. Perpetual worldwide rights.

We stay on for the launch if you want us there, and we don't charge for the handover call.

WHAT WE WON'T DO
Pitch against other agencies. Free creative work devalues everyone's, including yours. We'll do the argument call instead.
Retainers for work we don't believe in. Project rates, and we'd rather stop than coast.
Mark up expenses or media. Billed at cost with receipts. You buy media directly.
Shoot the continent without hiring there. Not negotiable, on any budget.
