INFLUENCER MARKETING & MANAGEMENT

Campaigns run through people who already have an audience, and representation for the people themselves. Two halves, and most clients want one of them.

Two halves, and they are different jobs. Influencer marketing runs a campaign through people who already have an audience. Influencer management represents those people, the same way service 03 represents artists. Plenty of clients want one and never the other.

The difference from service 05 is who is on the other end. Distribution places a release with pages: accounts that post content, where the unit is a post. This is people, where the unit is a relationship. A page that posts your record will post anybody's. A creator who actually rates it will say so in their own words, and that is worth more and costs more.

On the marketing side we handle the brief, the shortlist, the rates, the deliverables, the usage rights and the payment. The part most campaigns get wrong is usage. A post you paid for is not a post you own, and putting it in an ad three months later without having agreed that up front is the most common way this ends up with lawyers in it.

On the management side it is the same deal as artist management. Commission, not ownership. The creator keeps their channels, their name and their audience. We take a percentage of what we bring in and nothing on what they already had.

Every paid post is disclosed, every time. Not out of politeness: the Advertising Regulatory Board requires it, and an audience that works out later that it was paid for stops believing the next one. If a brand asks us to bury a payment, that is where the conversation ends.

WHO WE REPRESENT
Management is a short list on purpose, the same as service 03. We can do this properly for a handful of creators and badly for thirty.
